LLANO — A Llano County district judge sentenced a Granite Shoals man to 40 years in prison for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.

OATMEAL — A 38-year-old Lampasas man died June 29 following a one-vehicle accident on FM 1174.

MARBLE FALLS — Students at three Marble Falls Independent School District campuses will enjoy some extra support in the coming years thanks to a significant influx of cash.
