The historic Craddock house in Burnet waits on its big move date, which, because of weather, has been postponed twice. City officials hope to get the home on the road Feb. 8. The move to Airy Mount, located on the eastern edge of town, will take about two hours to complete. Motorists on Texas 29 on the east side of Burnet can expect some delays early that Sunday (if the move takes place), but officials say they don’t plan on closing the highway to traffic.
