Car shop crashAn 81-year-old woman is OK after crashing her car Feb. 7 inside the Crossroad Auto Care Center, located at U.S. 281 and RR 1431, in Marble Falls. Police say the woman was taking her 2004 Saturn Ion in for repairs about 11:30 a.m. when she stepped on the gas pedal instead of the brake in the parking lot. MARBLE FALLS — A three-vehicle accident in the 2000 block of U.S. 281 on Feb. 6 sent two people to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries despite looking like a serious collision.
