GREAT LAKES, Ill. — Navy Seaman Recruit Nicholous Rutland, son of Paula L. Smith of Cottonwood Falls and Kris Rutland of Marble Falls, recently completed Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command.
There has been much controversy lately — even confusion — in Marble Falls over term limits for City Council members and the wording of the City Charter regarding term limits.
