Buchanan Dam man found not guilty of manslaughter, other charges in fatal 2016 crash

Lower Colorado River Authority representatives presented a $24,000 grant to help the Buchanan Volunteer Fire Department purchase a system to refill air tanks. DPS identifies 12-year-old victim of fatal Buchanan Dam accident on Texas 261
