Ex-Mustang Manzano breaks two track records in one week

AUSTIN — In six days, Leonel Manzano recorded the fastest times in the 1,600 meters at his Manzano Mile charity event March 24 and in the 800-meter invitational run at the 85th annual Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays March 29.

“The goal was definitely to break the record,” Manzano said of the 800.
