Burnet, MFalls, Llano and Faith cross-country teams to compete in Burnet Relays
BURNET — The Burnet High School cross-country team welcomes Marble Falls, Llano, Faith Academy of Marble Falls and other area schools to the Burnet Relays on Aug. 25 at Reveille Peak Ranch, 105 CR 114.
The race is a three-person relay, with each participant running two miles. The course is relatively flat dirt in great condition, officials said.
The girls race starts at 7:30 a.m., while the boys follow at 8:30 a.m.
Other registered teams include Leander, Round Rock McNeil, Buda Hays, Copperas Cove, Austin Anderson, Round Rock Westwood and Hutto in the Class 4A-5A division.
Giddings, Llano, Antonian, St Dominic Salvio, Lampasas, Faith Academy, Liberty Hill, Regents and Burnet make up the Class 1A-3A and private schools division.
Admission is free.
