Wings of Eagles athletes get ready, set for state track meet
PHOTO 1: Marble Falls Independent School District students Cody Schulz (left), Ashton Torns, Anthony Torns, Tatum Hopkins and Natalie Schultz qualified for the state meet of Texas Amateur Athletic Federation on July 27-29 in Corpus Christi. Cody Schultz, a senior at Marble Falls High School, won the 100 meters and 200 meters, while his sister, Natalie, a freshman, won the 200 meters and finished second in the 400 meters in the girls division. Hopkins earned three silver medals in the 50 meters, 100 meters and 200 meters. All are members of Wings of Eagles Track Club coached by Anthony Torns. Courtesy photos
