Faith girls get 13th straight win before Christmas break

AUSTIN — The Faith Academy of Marble Falls girls basketball team earned its 13th victory in a row before breaking for the Christmas holiday Dec. 18.

The Lady Flames scorched Austin St. Andrew’s 69-32, only giving up nine points in the first half.

"You can’t imagine how pleased I am," Faith head coach Jerry English said of his team’s 17-1 overall record. "If you would have told me in October we’d have this type of record, I would have thought there’s no possible way."
