"They’ve obviously been practicing longer than we have," new head coach Randy Denton said about Thrall. "We started slowly, and they got us down early. We played much better the second half."

The complete basketball team was together for the first time Nov. 26 after the Faith football team was eliminated from the playoffs Nov. 23.

"(The entire team) had about 45 minutes worth of practice," Denton said. "We definitely improved as the game went along. We worked hard the whole game, and we took a lot of shots. We’ll improve."

ON OFFENSE: Points — Jake Diamond 8, Reagan Vaughn 7, Brian Freeman 2

RECORDS: Faith is 0-1.
