Stangs taste victory against FEAST

MARBLE FALLS — An explosive third period propelled the Marble Falls High School boys basketball team to a 67-59 victory against San Antonio FEAST Friday.
The Mustangs scored 28 points to increase their lead to 51-36 headed into the final period.
“We were a lot looser,” head coach Bruce Etheridge said. “Twenty-eight points is by far the high scoring quarter of the year.”
Junior post Rey Baltazar led with 22 points.
“Rey had a great game,” Etheridge said. “He shot high percentage shots all night and rebounded well.”
In addition, the Watson brothers of sophomore J.T. and junior Jay combined to nail seven 3-pointers. Jay finished with 13 points, while J.T. added 11.
