Ashley Field finds her way to the Final Four

BURNET — Marti Field smiled with pride as she thought about the recent conversation she had with her oldest daughter Ashley Field, a member of the Baylor University women’s basketball team.

She was on the phone with Field, the latter calling from the Lady Bears’ locker room following the team’s 51-48 win against Duke University, and there were plenty of cheers and hollering in the background.
