Charles Edward Buchanan
Charles Edward Buchanan, 48, of Buchanan Dam, formerly of Jacksonville, Ill., died Feb. 21, 2010. He was born Nov. 25, 1961, in Jacksonville to Josephine (Scupham) Buchanan and Leonard Buchanan.
He was a member of the Lynnville Christian Church of Jacksonville.
Survivors include his mother Josephine Buchanan of Jacksonville; sisters Tammy Alexander and husband Rick of Jacksonville and Jeanine Brandle of Detroit; brother Arthur Strubbe and wife Marcia of Virden, Ill.; and niece Jenna Alexander of Jacksonville.
He was preceded in death by his father Leonard Buchanan and brother Jerry Buchanan.
A memorial service is pending.
