Lady Pups lose a close game to Liberty Hill

BURNET — The Burnet Middle School seventh-grade girls A basketball team lost to Liberty Hill, 30-25, recently. 

The Lady Pups outscored the Lady Panthers, 9-2, in the first quarter. As the game continued, Liberty Hill caught up to keep the contest close, coaches said.
Coaches said the athletes played very well against a talented Liberty Hill team.
