Mario Tristen Aguirre, 30, of Live Oak was arrested Aug. 14 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Caleb Douglas Breeding, 18, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 14 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 4 grams but less than 400 grams. Released on Aug. 18 on $25,000 in bonds.

Tracy Lynn Defelice, 63, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 14 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Dwayne Adam Hackleman, 37, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 14 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Aug. 15 on $1,500 in bonds.

Shae Joshua Luckey, 21, of Spicewood was arrested Aug. 14 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1A of less than 20 abuse units. Released on Aug. 15, credit time served.

Jessie Ray Mungia, 32, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 14 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bond insufficient, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Trevor Alan New, 26, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 14 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, second charge.

Charles Melvin Stanley, 48, of Stanley was arrested Aug. 14 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Joshua Michael Winchester, 27, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Aug. 14 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault by contact, family violence.

Pierce Alan Coleman, 17, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 15 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest or detention. Released on Aug. 15 on $2,500 in bonds.

Ryan Fraser Conrad, 54, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 15 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more. Released on Aug. 17 on $10,000 in bonds.

Mickel Paul Lofton, 35, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 15 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): resisting arrest, search, or transportation. Released on Aug. 15 on $2,500 in bonds.

Clayton Ashley William Silvers, 37, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 15 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member, public intoxication. Released on Aug. 17 on $3,000 in bonds.

Christina Torres, 58, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 15 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater.

Caleb Douglas Breeding, 18, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. Released on Aug. 18 on $15,000 in bonds.

Nathan Douglas Crump, 34, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 17 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication. Released on Aug. 18 on $500 in bonds.

Jennifer Goad, 51, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 17 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): burglary of a habitation, burglary of a building, criminal trespassing of a habitation, shelter, superfund, or infrastructure, expired drivers license.

Ryan Travis Minter, 35, of Temple was arrested Aug. 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Ian Mathew Niebla, 34, of San Antonio was arrested Aug. 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. Released on Aug. 18 on $45,000 in bonds.

Madison Brooke Waggoner, 28, of Leander was arrested Aug. 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams.

Jesse Angel Botello, 31, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 18 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 18 on $5,000 in bonds.

Elizabeth Ann Davenport, 45, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 18 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license invalid, failure to appear. Released on Aug. 18 on $1,000 in bonds.

Estephan Rey Esposito Jr., 32, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a dangerous drug, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility.

Zachariah Terrence Gorham, 28, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater. Released on Aug. 19 on $5,000 in bonds.

Michael Arce Hernandez, 46, of Lampasas was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): parole violation.

Monica Mayela Hernandez, 39, of San Antonio was arrested Aug. 18 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Released on Aug. 19 on $1,500 in bonds.

Jeremiah Joel Heuton, 40, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

John Jamyz Melton, 35, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): public intoxication. Released on Aug. 20 on $250 in bonds.

Tara Lynn Nolan, 57, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 18 on $2,500 in bonds.

Mark Edward Passarelle, 51, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 18 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, prohibited substance or item in a corrective or civic commitment facility.

Chelsey Amber-Lynn Scott, 33, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. Released on Aug. 18 on $2,500 in bonds.

Dave Sims, 71, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 18 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, unlawful carry of a weapon, driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 20 on $25,000 in bonds.

Lauren Margorie Weigand, 30, of Georgetown was arrested Aug. 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

MC Dajour Caro, 30, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 19 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): no drivers license, violation of a bond or protective order two or more times within 12 months.

Estephan Rey Esposito Jr., 32, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

John Elijah Fite II, 49, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bench warrant.

Kevin Quintanilla Jaramillo, 47, of Killeen was arrested Aug. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order by assault or stalking. Released on Aug. 19 on $25,000 in bonds.

Gerald Lucien, 67, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 19 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): running a red light, reckless driving. Released on Aug. 20 on $1,500 in bonds.

Anthony Lee Ozuna, 25, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Aug. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person with intentional bodily injury.

Krissy Love Swearingen, 48, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 19 by the Llano County Sheriff’s Office (LLSO): possession of child pornography of more than 50 visual depictions.

Sarah Nicole Weber, 46, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 19 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): theft of property valued more than $2,500 but less than $30,000.

Nelson Frank Dolfuss V, 17, of Spicewood was arrested Aug. 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. Released on Aug. 20 on $5,000 in bonds.

Jeremiah Joel Heuton, 40, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): criminal possession of a weapon by a felon.
