Janckell Fernando Cruz-Castellanos, 24, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 7 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram. Released on Aug. 8 on $5,000 in bonds.

Aubrey Dale Friar, 30, of Spring Branch was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): burglary of a habitation. Released on Aug. 7 on $40,000 in bonds.

Cassy Lakelle Frischmann, 42, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 of less than 1 gram. Released on Aug. 9, credit time served.

William Henry Goodman V, 39, of Canyon Lake was arrested Aug. 7 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 7 on $1,500 in bonds.

James Dewayne Grumbles, 48, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 7 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): displaying expired registration. Released on Aug. 7 on $250 in bonds.

Charlie Dale Haggerton, 45, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 9 on $5,000 in bonds.

Kristine Lynn Harris, 54, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 7 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): hindering apprehension or prosecution. Released on Aug. 8 on $5,000 in bonds.

Cory Daniel Hisey, 41, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 7 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): violation of a bond or protective order two or more times within 12 months, theft of property valued more than $100 but less than $750.

Enrique Martinez, 48, of Cedar Creek was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Aug. 7 on $3,000 in bonds.

Westin Clay Mathys, 17, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 3 of less than 28 grams. Released on Aug. 8 on $2,500 in bonds.

Michael Anthony Lee Mattern, 25, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Veronica Mireles, 59, of Brady was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 7 on $1,500 in bonds.

Lee Alan Stahr, 67, of Round Mountain was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams.

Shane Landon Thielepape, 18, of Dripping Springs was arrested Aug. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 3 of less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on Aug. 8 on $9,000 in bonds.

David Michael Hozman, 57, of Kerrville was arrested Aug. 8 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on Aug. 9 on $1,000 in bonds.

Aaron Levi Kohutek, 27, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 8 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): failure to appear, expired registration. Released on Aug. 9 on $500 in bonds.

Jordan Xaiver Martinez, 20, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 8 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): unlawful carry of a weapon. Released on Aug. 9 on $1,500 in bonds.

Mason Lee Morris, 21, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Aug. 8 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): obstruction or retaliation, resisting arrest, search, or transportation, public intoxication. Released on Aug. 9 on $13,000 in bonds.

Christopher Hugo Perez, 41, of Houston was arrested Aug. 8 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 4 grams but less than 400 grams, unlawful carry of a weapon. Released on Aug. 8 on $17,500 in bonds.

Ines Rivas, 30, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 8 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 9 on $5,000 in bonds.

Joseph Edward Roblee, 25, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 8 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): criminal trespassing. Released on Aug. 10 on $1,500 in bonds.

April Michele Romero, 45, of Leander was arrested Aug. 8 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 9 on $2,500 in bonds.

Pete Anthony Campos, 30, of Llano was arrested Aug. 9 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): terroristic threat of the family or household, criminal mischief of more than $100 but less than $750.

Kevin Todd Hardin, 63, of Meadowlakes was arrested Aug. 9 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility.

Johnna Denay Johnson, 35, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 9 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, parole violation.

Jacques Manning Tankersley, 52, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 9 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): assault of a family or household member impeding breathing or circulation, violation of a bond condition or protective order by assault or stalking.

Timothy Steven Jones, 45, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 10 on $2,500 in bonds.

Bailey Blue Newberg, 20, of Spicewood was arrested Aug. 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Released on Aug. 11 on $1,500 in bonds.

Christopher Gentry Berry Collins, 30, of Lampasas was arrested Aug. 11 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): unlawful carry of a weapon, reckless driving.

Carlos Morales, 31, of Mission was arrested Aug. 11 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1A of more than 20 but less than 80 abuse units. Released on Aug. 11 on $15,000 in bonds.

Lori Denyse Pederson, 52, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 11 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Billy Gene Stewart, 56, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 11 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance, penalty group 1 of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility.

Stefan Edward Escandon, 36, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 12 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest or detention. Released on Aug. 12 on $10,000 in bonds.

Jeremy Alan Sokolsky, 41, of Bastrop was arrested Aug. 12 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Released on Aug. 13 on $50,000 in bonds.

Austin Gregory Widemon, 55, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 12 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, interfering with public duties, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, bail jumping and failure to appear as a felon, violating a promise to appear, failure to yield right of way, failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear.

Ismael Aguilar, 25, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 13 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, driving while intoxicated, second charge.

Mariah Kay Dube, 34, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 13 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age. Released on Aug. 13 on $15,000 in bonds.

Bryan Mitchell Foust, 53, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 13 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Jack Lester Gaskin, 72, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 13 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a pond or protective order. Released on Aug. 13 on $4,000 in bonds.

Holly Elayne Lapin, 37, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 13 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bench warrant.

Sean Alan Morrissey, 40, of San Marcos was arrested Aug. 13 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, bail jumping and failure to appear as a felon.

Pat Allen Pierce, 55, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 13 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): parole violation, kidnapping, injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person with intentional bodily injury, continuous violence against the family.
