Burnet County Jail logs Oct. 2-8

The following people were arrested and booked into the Burnet County Jail from Oct. 2-8, 2026, according to the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office. City of residence and release information are listed when available. This list does not constitute an official court document, and all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Oscar Ferrusquia-Ortiz, 27, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 2 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): no driver’s license, failure to appear. Released on Oct. 5 on $1,500 in bonds.

Julia Jo Hebert, 52, of Austin was arrested Oct. 2 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bond insufficient, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram. Released on Oct. 3 on $20,000 in bonds.

Joshua William Mitchell, 50, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 2 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Julio Cesar Sierra, 49, of Leadner was arrested Oct. 2 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, second charge.

Tayler Jay Staten, 35, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 2 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while intoxicated, collision involving damage to vehicle greater than $200, disregarding stop sign. Released on Oct. 3 on $5,000 in bonds.

Katelyn Maire Tinnell, 36, of Georgetown was arrested Oct. 2 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): engaging in organized criminal activity.

Travion Malik Fields, 30, of Round Rock was arrested Oct. 3 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Oct. 4 on $2,500 in bonds.

Anthony Luis Madera, 19, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 3 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Released on Oct. 4 on $1,500 in bonds.

Charles David Perry, 60, of Center Point was arrested Oct. 3 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia. Released on Oct. 4 on $2,000 in bonds.

Ricky Jo Atchisson, 43, of Coldspring was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, driving while license invalid with no insurance, bail jumping and failure to appear as a felon.

Kevin Jay Black, 36, of Bertram was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Joshua Willie Brown, 25, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 5 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, running a stop sign, failure to appear. Released on Oct. 7 for paid fine.

Brie Anna Marie Kingsbury, 21, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): resisting arrest, search, or transportation, interfering with public duties. 

Emanda Marie Offerrall, 42, of Bertram was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bond insufficient, cruelty to non-livestock animals.

James Randell Price, 41, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault of a family or household member impeding breathing or circulation.

Eduardo Alonzo Uribe, 42, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Emma Joyce Williams, 19, of Abilene was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Oct. 5 on $2,500 in bonds.

Antwon Lamont Willis, 24, of Bowie was arrested Oct. 5 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Joshua Eugene Hagan, 43, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 6 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): indecent assault. 

Joseph Dylan Woodland, 35, of Spicewood was arrested Oct. 6 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving with invalid license with previous conviction. Released on Oct. 7 on $1,500 in bonds.

Casey Suzann Buster, 36, of Lampasas was arrested Oct. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): leaving the scene of a collision. Released on Oct. 7 on $1,500 in bonds.

Ricardo Pittaluga-Toledo, 39, of Austin was arrested Oct. 7 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): unlawful Use of Criminal Instrument. Released on Oct. 7 on $50,000 in bonds.

Christopher Aaron Reaves, 33, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Oct. 7 by the Cottonwood Shores Police Department (CTWPD): burglary of habitation w/ intent.

Christian Mark Bayuk, 19, of Albuquerque, New Mexico was arrested Oct. 8 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): unlawful use of criminal instrument, burglary of habitation count, burglary of habitation count, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 under 1g, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 under 28g , possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 under 28g. Released on Oct. 8 on $35,000 in bonds.

Jessica Lynn Cooksey, 36, of Granite Shoals was arrested Oct. 8 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bench warrant for assault family or household member impeding breath or circulation. 

Colton Sisu Erickson, 38, of Kingsland was arrested Oct. 8 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated. 

Karol Jozef Flores-Guillen, 19, of Burnet was arrested Oct. 8 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility, minor in consumption companion charge. Released on Oct. 8 on $5,500 in bonds.

Shawn Anthony Miles, 31, of Marble Falls was arrested Oct. 8 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury, unlawful restraint.

Gerald Ryan Vincent, 53, was arrested Oct. 8 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): motion to revoke probation for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-b under 1g, no rear red light, defective brakes on bike.
