Get tickets for Chuck Wagon Chow Down

The Highland Lakes Service League’s 2025 Chuck Wagon Chow Down Dinner and Auction fundraising event begins at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at the YMCA in Burnet. Tickets are on sale.

Guests will enjoy a barbecue dinner by Pok-e-Jo’s and live music by Billy Scott. Activities include live and silent auctions, card games for a woman’s and man’s prize, rodeo raffles, a wine pull, and a vacation raffle.

This year’s raffle includes choice destinations to Lake Tahoe, Tuscany, Costa Rica, or Portugal. Only 100 tickets will be sold. You need not be present to win; the trip location can be decided within 30 days of the auction date. The winner has 24 months to book the trip.

Exciting live auction Items include trips to Cabo, Dublin, and Tuscany and a choice of a Royal Caribbean Cruise to Alaska or Canada and New England. Other items are a skydiving experience for two, a FixDoor Habu Garage Door, a diamond four-prong 0.50-carat tennis bracelet, and an assortment of guns.

Raffle tickets for Chuck Wagon Chance, reserved tables, and individual tickets may be purchased at chuckwagon2025.hellofund.io. Individual tickets are $100. Cash donations also may be made through the webpage.

Money raised at the event will go toward scholarships for women, grants to nonprofit organizations, the Service League’s annual Special Needs Christmas Party, and monetary assistance for community-based needs.
