TXB opens in Cottonwood Shores

After breaking ground over a year ago, the new TXB fuel station at 3702 FM 2147 in Cottonwood Shores opened for business on Wednesday, March 29.
Cottonwood Shores Mayor Donald Orr said the convenience store is a “huge deal” for the city.
“It’s a delight,” he said. “We’re really happy to have it.”
Along with its fueling stations, the store also offers food, drinks, and sweet treats.
“A lot of people have tried the food and said it was very good,” Orr said. “In fact, I tried the food this morning and it was really good.”
TXB, which stands for Texas Born, is headquartered in Spicewood. The rest stop has over 45 locations across Texas and Oklahoma.
