Marble Falls golfer qualifies for regional tournament

BURNET — Marble Falls High School senior golfer Tori Gomez is making her final year a memorable one.
The Lady Mustang qualified for the Class 4A Region IV Tournament after finishing eighth in the individual standings of the District 25-4A Tournament on April 8-9. She was three strokes ahead of the next qualifier.
Gomez posted the best finish for the Marble Falls I team, which was fourth overall by shooting 379-372–748. Marble Falls II was sixth out of eight teams with a score of 415-421–836.
