MARBLE FALLS — A new restaurant is taking the place of the former Patton’s on Main in downtown.
The building, located at 201 Main St., was sold to a Houston man who owns two restaurants there. The restaurant will be called Forno’s on Main, according to Marble Falls Economic Development Corp. executive director Christian Fletcher.
“(The owner) has been visiting with us for close to a year about his interest in Marble Falls,” Fletcher said.
Forno’s on Main will feature Italian and Mediterranean food.
Fletcher said the owner, Waleed Shubber, is working on the building and interior to get it ready for opening.
No timeline for a grand opening was known, Fletcher said.
The former restaurant closed about four years ago and has remained vacant since then.
