Billie Rae Fraser, 76, of Lewisville died Oct. 29, 2012, in Plano. She was born on Jan. 13, 1936, in Dublin, Texas, to Raymond and Thelma Stewart Rogers.
She married Ray Fraser on Aug. 24, 1957, in Abilene.
For 15 years, she volunteered with the Sick Children’s Clinic in Lubbock.
She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, friend and grandmother. She was a true example of kindness and grace.
Survivors include daughters Cathy Fraser Chong and husband Julian and Kimberly Lee Thurstin and husband Mark; and grandchildren Lucy Rae Chong and Race Fraser Chong.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Sept. 21, 2011.
A memorial service is 4 p.m. Nov. 3 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. A graveside service is 11 a.m. Nov. 10 at Llano City Cemetery in Llano.
