Imogene I. Collins, 80, of Meadowlakes died Oct. 31, 2012. She was born on Dec. 15, 1931, in Palestine, Texas, to William Bert and Gilla (Holcomb) Ingram.

She married Eugene Collins on May 7, 1950.

She was a member of the Methodist Women’s Organization and enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking and helping others any way she could.

She was a beloved wife, loving mother and grandmother and a great friend.

Survivors include husband Eugene Collins of Meadowlakes; son-in-law Dwain Hastings of Panama; granddaughter Shannon Adell Hastings of Houston; four great-grandchildren; sister Johnnie Corley and husband George; brothers Delton Ingram and wife Sherri and William Ingram and wife Alda; brothers-in-law Ray Baungart and wife Nancy and Charles Baungart and wife Phyllis; many nieces and nephews; a host of friends; and her faithful Boston Terrier Fancy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; six siblings; and daughter Peggy Mae Hastings.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Nov. 2 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 1805 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls, (830) 693-4373. A funeral service is 10 a.m. Nov. 3 at the funeral home with the reverends Ellen Ely and Jack Whyburn officiating. Interment follows at 1 p.m. at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville.
