Andy Roddick Foundation helps start tennis program at Marble Falls’ Colt Elementary

MARBLE FALLS — The Andy Roddick Foundation continues to pass on the love of tennis to tomorrow’s champion.

That was the reason Dave Holder, director of fundraising and special events for the foundation, donated 60 Babolar rackets, a case of Babolar special tennis balls and a Babolar net to Colt Elementary School March 6.

The net can be converted into a badminton net, and the special balls have less pressure, so they don’t bounce as high as regular tennis balls. It makes them perfect for indoor gym use.
