Lady Stangs suffer rare loss at home
MARBLE FALLS — So just how rare is winning a game against the Marble Falls High School girls basketball team on its home court at Max Copeland Gym?
"This is my second win here," said Lake Travis head coach Ted Dydalewicz.
In seven seasons, the Lady Cavs have struggled in Marble Falls. The game Dec. 13 was no different, except Lake Travis (1-0) did enough in the fourth quarter to pull out a 45-38 victory and needed every point they could muster.

The Lady Mustangs (9-8, 0-1) were nursing a 36-33 lead late in the game and were poised to close out the contest. Marble Falls head coach Stephanie Gamble instructed her players to run through the offensive set several times to control the clock and tire out the defense.
