Burnet finished sixth out of nine teams

BURNET — Former Burnet High School swim coach Steve Ham started the first race of the Steve Ham Hoot, named in his honor, Oct. 15. It drew nine teams from the surrounding area, including Lake Travis, Dripping Springs, Hays, San Marcos, Killeen, Wimberley Killeen Shoemaker and Faith Academy.
