Highland Lakes swimmer wins medals
Jacob Hughes, 10, earned three medals at the recent South Texas BB Championship in Palo Alto College in San Antonio. He won a silver medal in the 100-meter freestyle in 1 minute, 23.97 seconds, was third in the 50-meter freestyle in 36.87 seconds and third in the 50-meter breaststroke in 53.28 seconds.
