Rudy E. Kieke
Rudy E. Kieke, 75, of Kingsland died June 5, 2011. He was born in Raymondville on Dec. 21, 1935, to Adolph Gus and Carolyn (Moore) Kieke.
He married Bobbie Strickland on July 15, 1962, in Denison. He was a veteran of the Navy and Air Force, fighting in the Korean War. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include his wife Bobbie Kieke of Kingsland; sons Robert Kieke and wife Sharron of Dallas, Dennis Coffman of Kingsland, Gary Watson and wife Debra of Bedford; granddaughter Robin Kieke of Dallas; and great-grandchildren Zachary Kieke and Nicole Kieke, both of Dallas.
He was preceded in death by grandson Rex Kieke in 2008.
A graveside service is 1 p.m. June 8 at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park, 4219 S. Park Road 4 in Burnet with the Rev. Ken Baisden officiating.
