Highland Lakes Association of Realtors to award scholarships

Applicants must have attended at least one semester of a college or technical school. They must be students pursuing bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees.
Applicants must hold at least a 3.0 grade point average and must present supporting documentation such as a letter of good standing from their professors or dean as proof of their GPA. The association’s Education Committee will select final applicants and set up an interview with each student during the Christmas break. 
Final selection and announcement of the winners will be made before the start of the next semester.
Students who meet these criteria can pick up an application  at the association’s board office located at 918 Second St. in Marble Falls or call (830) 693-5787 to have an application faxed or e-mailed.
The deadline for submissions is Dec. 5.
