Marble Falls boys basketball team hosting Eastview Jan. 23
MARBLE FALLS — The Marble Falls High School boys basketball team welcomes Georgetown Eastview on Jan. 23.
The contest is a non-District 25-4A game for the Mustangs (7-21, 0-6), who are taking a bye Jan. 24.
The two teams already met this season in December with Eastview winning 61-56 at the Christmas Hoops Fest Tournament hosted by Wimberley.
Originally, only the freshman and junior varsity squads were going to play.
But since the varsities met earlier in the season, Marble Falls head coach Bruce Etheridge believes the match will help his varsity squad.
The freshmen play at 5 p.m. with the varsity to follow at 6:30 p.m. Both contests are at Max Copeland Gym, 2101 Mustang Drive.
