BURNET — The Bullpup defense only gave up two first downs while Drew Kiser scored on a 20-yard run and hit Coleman Posey for a 12-yard touchdown catch in the shutout victory. Alex Gonzalez caught a 30-yard touchdown pass from Rowdy Holmes.

BURNET — The Bullpup defense dominated the Eagles, only giving up one first down in the first half for a 19-6 lead. Caelin Graves scored three touchdowns in the contest.
TOP PLAYERS: Gage Hernandez scored on a 9-yard reverse, and Ryan Robertson added the point-after conversion. Andrew Bratton hit Noah Bean for a 6-yard touchdown.
ON OFFENSE: Jacob Brown, Tyler Ford, Micah Wise and Lonnie Wooten
ON DEFENSE: The entire defensive unit only gave up four first downs.
SAY WHAT? “The game started with the Bullpups on defense, and they came out hitting hard. Then it was time for the offense to go to work and go to work they did,” coach Glen Hafley said.
