Marble Falls heads into Week 3 with its first win of the season after a dramatic 39-36 victory over Little River Academy on Friday, Sept. 4.

With the score tied at 36-36 in the final seconds, Marble Falls kicker Jett Marcum’s field-goal attempt hit the left upright, giving the Mustangs the victory.

The win was a bounce-back performance for Marble Falls, which opened the season with a 45-29 loss to Lockhart.
