OBITUARY: Ivan Lee Crawford, 94, of Bertram dies Aug. 8, 2014
Ivan Lee Crawford, 94, of Bertram, Texas, passed away Aug. 8, 2014. He was born May 17, 1920, in Oatmeal, Texas, to Earl Jackson and Julia Crawford.
He was a lifelong resident of the Bertram area. Since 1949, he lived on his farm located 3½ miles west of Bertram. He worked in bridge construction across the state.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by son, Ivan Lee Crawford Jr. and wife Joyce; daughter-in-law, Niki Genusa; granddaughter, Linda Ann Keillor and husband Andrew; and two great-grandsons, Cooper and Tucker.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Aug. 11 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 306 Texas 29 East in Burnet, (512) 756-2222. A funeral service is 10 a.m. Aug. 12 at the Oatmeal Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Oatmeal Cemetery. Jim Allen will officiate.
