Highland Lakes CASA to hold an open house

KINGSLAND — Court Appointed Special Advocates for the Highland Lakes are holding an open house 5:30-7:30 p.m. Nov. 6 at the CASA office.

The office is at 1719 Ridgeview. 

CASA volunteers advocate for children who enter the foster care system because of abuse or neglect in the counties of Blanco, Burnet, Lampasas, Llano and San Saba.  

Robert Hofmann, an associate judge of the 33rd state Judicial District, is the guest speaker. The public is invited.
