Raymond Edward Boggess, 39, of Burnet was arrested July 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility, two counts. Released on July 10 on $8,000 in bonds.

Courtney Lyn Cantu, 35, of Austin was arrested July 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bail jumping and failure to appear as a felon, two counts.

Dana Culver, 63, of Austin was arrested July 10 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility. Released on July 11 on $6,000 in bonds.

Candido Ray Delahoya, 35, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested July 10 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, evading arrest or detention. Released on July 11 on $27,500 in bonds.

Brandon Kyle Garcia, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested July 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): sexual assault of a child. Released on July 10 on $50,000 in bonds.

Juanita Martinez Garcia, 63, of Marble Falls was arrested July 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Pennie Joanna Hodge, 37, of Kingsland was arrested July 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, bail jumping and failure to appear as a felon.

Jackie James Johnson, 41, of Spicewood was arrested July 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams.

Connie Sue Long, 68, of Georgetown was arrested July 10 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Cassidy Lynn Perry, 31, of Llano was arrested July 11 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, prohibited substance or item in a correctional or civic commitment facility.

Charles Michael Goff, 61, of Round Mountain was arrested July 15 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): theft of property valued more than $750 but less than $2,500, two counts, assault causing bodily injury to a family member, theft of aluminum, bronze, copper, or brass of less than $20,000.

Ashley Marie Jackson, 38, of Marble Falls was arrested July 15 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication. Released on July 16 on $500 in bonds.

Jesse Robert Leppert, 45, of Leander was arrested July 15 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): resisting arrest, search, or transportation, public intoxication.

Cody Joe Reid, 36, of Marble Falls was arrested July 15 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): burglary of a habitation, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, three counts.

Anthony Dale Rudd, 50, of Kingsland was arrested July 15 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. Released on July 15 on $30,000 in bonds.

Lauren Margorie Weigand, 30, of Georgetown was arrested July 15 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, false drug test using falsification device.

Aaron Allen Harris, 30, of Spicewood was arrested July 16 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams.

Robert Carl Lawrence, 26, of Kingsland was arrested July 16 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): no driver’s license, operation of a vehicle without a license plate.

Johnnie Lee Dalton Rudd, 28, of Kingsland was arrested July 16 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC greater than 0.15.

Ryan Keith Untermeyer, 44, of Marble Falls was arrested July 16 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): driving while intoxicated, second charge.
