Matthew Wiley Lentz, 45, of Burnet was arrested July 19 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury, assault by contact, class c. Released on July 20 on $5,500 in bonds.

Tony Ray Lerma, 48, of Marble Falls was arrested July 20 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, burglary of a habitation, failure to appear, theft of property of less than $2,500 with two or more prior convictions. James Joseph Luckenbach, 38, of Lampasas was arrested July 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bench warrant, capital murder of multiple persons.

Cassidy Lynn Perry, 32, of Llano was arrested July 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest or detention with a vehicle or watercraft, collision involving damage to a vehicle of greater than $200.
Paloma Yatziry Vega-Gutierrez, 22, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, number of items less than five.
Kyle Vaughn Allen, 18, of Cleburne was arrested July 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.
Donald Devereaux III, 38, of Burnet was arrested July 21 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility.
