Willis Earls Jr., 48, of Round Rock was arrested July 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on July 19, credit time served.

Warren Douglas Maxwell, 35, of Burnet was arrested July 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, reckless injury of a child, elderly, or disabled person with serious bodily or mental injury.

Stacey Ann McGee, 62, of Burnet was arrested July 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bond insufficient, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. Released on July 17 on $30,000 in bonds.

Julian Robles Jr., 45, of Burnet was arrested July 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault of a peace officer or judge, interfering with public duties. Released on July 17 on $52,500 in bonds.

Madison Brooke Waggoner, 28, of Leander was arrested July 17 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. Released on July 19, credit time served.

Joel Flores, 65, of Houston was arrested July 18 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated. Released on July 18 on $1,500 in bonds.

Taylor Kolby Hibbeler, 35, of Lakeway was arrested July 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): interference with child custody. Released on July 18 on $5,000 in bonds.

Patrick Ryan Nelson, 42, of Austin was arrested July 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order two or more times within 12 months. Released on July 18 on $25,000 in bonds.

Enrique Rodriguez Jr., 40, of Seguin was arrested July 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, duty on striking fixture or highway landscape of more than $200.

Jeffery Clyde Sheffield, 52, of Leander was arrested July 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): aggravated assault of a date, family, or household member with a weapon causing serious bodily injury.

Lauren Margorie Wiegand, 30, of Georgetown was arrested July 18 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Matthew Wiley Lentz, 45, of Burnet was arrested July 19 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury, assault by contact, class c. Released on July 20 on $5,500 in bonds.

Afaf Oudda Bouardi, 47, of Cedar Park was arrested July 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to identify as a fugitive intent to give false information. Released on July 21 on $12,500 in bonds.

Hollie Marie Fox, 35, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 20 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): parole violation.

Camille Yvonne Guthrie, 53, of Burnet was arrested July 20 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana of less than 2 ounces. Released on July 20 on $4,000 in bonds.

Katherine Ray Henry, 65, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 20 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): motion to revoke, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 of less than 1 gram.

Tony Ray Lerma, 48, of Marble Falls was arrested July 20 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram, burglary of a habitation, failure to appear, theft of property of less than $2,500 with two or more prior convictions. Released on July 23 on $92,500 in bonds.

James Joseph Luckenbach, 38, of Lampasas was arrested July 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): bench warrant, capital murder of multiple persons.

Xochilt Mendez, 28, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 20 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Released on July 21 on $1,500 in bonds.

Cassidy Lynn Perry, 32, of Llano was arrested July 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): evading arrest or detention with a vehicle or watercraft, collision involving damage to a vehicle of greater than $200.

Paloma Yatziry Vega-Gutierrez, 22, of Granite Shoals was arrested July 20 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, number of items less than five.

Kyle Vaughn Allen, 18, of Cleburne was arrested July 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

Donald Devereaux III, 38, of Burnet was arrested July 21 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility.

Luis Angel Diaz, 38, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested July 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): theft of property valued more than $100 but less than $750, burglary of vehicles, unlawful use of criminal instrument. Released on July 23 on $9,000 in bonds.

Stefan Edward Escandon, 36, of Marble Falls was arrested July 21 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram. Released on July 21 on $25,000 in bonds.

Adrian Donald Davis, 59, of Marble Falls was arrested July 22 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): failure to appear, public intoxication.

Erica Lynn Hefner, 38, of Burnet was arrested July 22 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): public intoxication. Released on July 23 on $500 in bonds.

Avery Kent Marietti, 22, of Burnet was arrested July 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): violation of a bond or protective order.

Matthew Stephen McCain, 35, of Bertram was arrested July 22 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on July 23 on $7,500 in bonds.

John Jamyz Melton, 35, of Burnet was arrested July 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): public intoxication, pedestrian in the roadway. Released on July 22, laid out fine.

Christian Ruiz, 19, of San Antonio was arrested July 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 4 grams but less than 400 grams.

Tristen James Cook, 27, of Marble Falls was arrested July 23 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater. Released on July 23 on $15,000 in bonds.

Calub Paul Johnson, 18, of Marble Falls was arrested July 23 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of less than 1 gram. Released on July 23 on $2,500 in bonds.

Nora Martinez, 44, of Burnet was arrested July 23 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): injury of a child, elderly, or disabled person causing intentional serious bodily injury or mental deficiency, impairment, or injury.

Shea Scott Sethre-Brink, 20, of Dripping Springs was arrested July 23 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): obstruction or retaliation, public intoxication.
