Kimberly Ann Jacobs, 55, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Aug. 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Beverley Renee Lester, 54, of Buchanan Dam was arrested Aug. 21 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): driving while license invalid. Released on Aug. 21 on $250 in bonds.

Brandon L Martin, 40,  of Burnet was arrested Aug. 21 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.15 or greater. Released on Aug. 23, credit time served.

Shelina Ann Faurie, 41, of Briggs was arrested Aug. 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Released on Aug. 23 on $2,500 in bonds.

Joshua William Howell, 43, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 22 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, resisting arrest, search, or transportation. Released on Aug. 23 on $52,500 in bonds.

Ladavion Jackson, 19, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): minor in consumption, minor in possession of tobacco. Released on Aug. 22 on $1,000 in bonds.

Isaac Ramon Nevarez, 28, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 22 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 23 on $1,500 in bonds.

Dale William Nuttall, 33, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 22 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): indecency with a child by exposure, possession of visual material depicting sexual assault.

Cory Aaron Payne, 27, of Cottonwood Shores was arrested Aug. 22 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): unlawful carry of a weapon, driving while intoxicated. Released on Aug. 23 on $5,000 in bonds.

Christine Perez, 56, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): harassment of a public servant, obstruction or retaliation, resisting arrest, search, or transportation, criminal trespassing.

Joseph Alexander Surasky, 17, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 22 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Released on Aug. 23 on $1,500 in bonds.

Tibor Adam Hinge, 31, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 23 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): failure to appear, public intoxication.

Torrence Edward Foster, 42, of Leander was arrested Aug. 24 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): child support.

Jehonatan Saul Ornelas, 18, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 24 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 of more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams. Released on Aug. 25 on $2,500 in bonds.

Sean Patrick Sharp, 38, was arrested Aug. 24 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): receiving stolen property, receiving or possession of stolen property, three counts.

Jonah Kekoa Torres, 32, of Horseshoe Bay was arrested Aug. 24 by the Horseshoe Bay Police Department (HSBPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram.

Lorenzo Martin Aldaba-Perez, 22, of Round Rock was arrested Aug. 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): failure to appear, violation of a bond or protective order, violation of a bond or protective order two or more times within 12 months.

Bradley Jay Davenport, 43, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): no drivers license. Released on Aug. 26 on $500 in bonds.

Joe Anthony Hernandez, 55, of San Antonio was arrested Aug. 25 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): forgery of a financial instrument.

Samuel Hubert Hughes, 49, of Kingsland was arrested Aug. 25 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): expired drivers license. Released on Aug. 26 on $500 in bonds.

Justin Colby Way, 38, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 25 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Released on Aug. 26 on $1,500 in bonds.

Barbara Leigh-Ann Barstow, 38, of Austin was arrested Aug. 26 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): disorderly conduct. Released on Aug. 27 on $500 in bonds.

Christina Rae Bonner, 49, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 26 by the Burnet Police Department (BPD): driving while intoxicated, third charge or more.

Tara Dawn Ellett, 29, of Burnet was arrested Aug. 26 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): interfering with an emergency request for assistance. Released on Aug. 26 on $2,500 in bonds.

Rachael Lynn Kern, 29, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 26 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): public intoxication. Released on Aug. 26 on $500 in bonds.

Jacob Lee Wright, 26, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 26 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 3 of less than 28 grams. Released on Aug. 26 on $1,500 in bonds.

Brandon Tyler Bullard, 39, of Lampasas was arrested Aug. 27 by the Marble Falls Police Department (MFPD): theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more prior convictions.

Christina Lynn Hardin, 41, of Granite Shoals was arrested Aug. 27 by the Granite Shoals Police Department (GSPD): possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1-B of less than 1 gram.

Tyler James Hudson, 17, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 27 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): criminal mischief of more than $750 but less than $2,500, criminal trespassing. Released on Aug. 27 on $3,000 in bonds.

Ryan Christopher Jacobs, 39, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 27 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, criminal contempt.

Wendy Sanchez Longoria, 36, of Bertram was arrested Aug. 27 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): assault class c.

Dustin Arthur Meier, 39, of Lampasas was arrested Aug. 27 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): tampering with warning devices.

Susan Elizabeth Simpson, 44, of Lampasas was arrested Aug. 27 by the Department of Public Safety (DPS): driving while intoxicated.

Johnny Solis Jr., 60, of Marble Falls was arrested Aug. 27 by the Bertram Police Department (BTPD): criminal mischief of more than $750 but less than $2,500, assault causing bodily injury.

Alexandra Nichole West, 33, of Liberty Hill was arrested Aug. 27 by the Burnet County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO): commitment, criminal contempt.
