Driver, passenger of rollover crash in Marble Falls listed in stable condition

Two people who were transported to local hospitals after a multi-vehicle rollover crash on Thursday, April 2, in Marble Falls were listed in stable condition.

According to a statement from the Marble Falls Police Department, multiple agencies responded to a multi-vehicle crash at around 2:38 p.m. on Thursday at the 3200 block of U.S. 281 in Marble Falls.

An initial investigation concluded that a Ford Explorer traveling northbound on U.S. 281 attempted to turn left into the nearby Lowe’s parking lot, but pulled out in front of a Ford Transit traveling southbound. The Explorer was struck on the passenger side, rolled onto its side, and hit a Ford Bronco that was exiting the Lowe’s.

The passenger of the Explorer was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center by Air Evac, and the driver of the Explorer was transported to Scott and White – Marble Falls by ambulance. Both the driver and passenger were listed in stable condition on April 2.

MFPD reported that no further information would be released at the time of this article’s publication.
