UPCOMING: Gena Destri Keefer presents a free watercolor demonstration using soluble ink sticks on March 20 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Highland Arts Guild and Gallery. Keefer is an award-winning painter who blends realism with energy and emotion in her artwork. Her recent focus has been on landscapes. She strives to capture the ancestral essence of the land, water, and sky in her paintings. In the impressionist style, Keefer reveals the ever-changing beauty of nature and the seasons.
