Falls on the Colorado Museum kicks off membership drive April 12

MARBLE FALLS — The Falls on the Colorado Museum is launching a membership drive April 12 with a free event.
The event will feature music from the Bluebonnet Chorale at 2:30 p.m., refreshments, and a slide presentation of historical photos of the Marble Falls area at 3:30 p.m.
The purpose of the Falls on the Colorado Museum, 2001 Broadway St., is to preserve the history of Marble Falls and the surrounding areas.
Yearly museum membership fees are $30 for an individual and $50 for a family. An organization also may join for $50 a year and will be able to hold meetings at the museum free of charge.
Anyone joining for the first time will receive a wooden Falls on the Colorado Museum keychain.

Those who wish to become members, but who cannot attend the April 12 event, may visit the museum 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday-Saturday or mail a check for membership fees with contact information to P.O. Box 1333, Marble Falls, TX 78654.
