OBITUARY: Frances Scott Price, 64, of Horseshoe Bay dies March 4, 2014
Frances “Frankie” Scott Price, 64, of Horseshoe Bay, Texas, passed away March 4, 2014. She was a daughter of Frank and Joyce Wilhoite, born Dec. 20, 1950, in Fort Worth, Texas.
Frankie was a municipal utilities district accountant for many years. In her spare time, she assisted with Older Rural Service as a food distributor and loved to crochet. She married George Price on March 8, 1987.
She is survived by her husband, George Price of Horseshoe Bay; children, Shawna and Steven; granddaughter, Josie; sister, Lana; stepbrothers, Leslie and Larry; and stepsister, Carolyn.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Sonny Boy Wilhoite.
A private family service will be held.
