MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK: Burnet and Marble Falls at Liberty Hill Relays
LIBERTY HILL — The Burnet and Marble Falls middle school girls track teams recently competed at the Liberty Hill Relays.
Burnet seventh-grade girls A were third with 120 points, the Marble Falls girls placed fifth with 28 points and Burnet B was seventh with seven points.
Burnet seventh-grader Dream Romero scored the most points by an athlete, which placed her first in the category followed by Trynadee Greenwell, who was third, and Kinley Beyer at fourth.
Marble Falls seventh-grader Natasha Villalobos earned 17 individual points, which propelled her to seventh place in the overall scoring from each athlete.
In the eighth-grade division, Burnet A finished with 96 points, while Marble Falls was fifth with 61 points. Burnet B came in seventh.
Burnet’s Marissa Escamilla was second in the individual point totals.
