Highland Arts Guild names artist of the month
The Highland Arts Guild’s artist of the month for October is landscape painter Norma Frasier of Marble Falls. She has been a member of the guild since 2009, the same year she began her painting vocation, taking lessons from local artists. The Highland Arts Guild and Gallery, 318 Main St. in Marble Falls, is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
