KERRVILLE — The Marble Falls High School girls basketball team lost its final warmup game before the start of District 25-4A to Kerrville Tivy 39-25 on Dec. 7.

Foul trouble caused Lady Mustangs head coach Chris Jost to move players to different positions. So Katy Bartels went to point guard.

"Bartels played really hard," Jost said. "She had to play point guard most of the game."

Senior guard Jessica England played well and went beyond her normal five minutes a game, the coach said.

"We got some good minutes from Jessica," he said.
