Vipers strike hard, defeat Marble Falls on homecoming
MARBLE FALLS — Marble Falls High School’s homecoming against Vandegrift was not what fans or head coach Todd Dodge expected from the Mustangs in a 37-7 loss.
“We talked all week long about how we’ve got four (games) left, and we need to treat it like if we want to get to the playoffs, then it’s right here in front of us,” Dodge said. “It’s a team that we felt matched up well with us, and they just came out and whipped us.”
