Turnovers too much for Bulldogs in loss to Lions

BURNET — Down 22-0 to Brownwood at the half, the Burnet High School football team set about the task of getting back in the game in the District 8-3A opener for both squads Oct. 12.

But two second-half turnovers were too much to overcome as the Lions (3-3, 1-0) escaped with a 25-13 victory.
