Hill Country pulls away from Faith boys in second half
AUSTIN — The Faith Academy boys basketball team was within striking distance of Austin Hill Country after two quarters Jan. 24.
Trailing 27-22 at the half, the Flames (7-11, 3-4) were looking to close gap.
But Hill Country (6-0) showed why it has a shot at the district crown by dropping in 19 points in the third period and limiting the Flames to eight.
It added up to a 58-42 Faith defeat.
