Lady Stangs shut off Dripping Springs
MARBLE FALLS – Coach Stephanie Gamble’s face said it all.
As the Lady Mustangs head coach watched a sizable lead turn to a deficit in the third quarter, her fire and determination never let the Marble Falls High School team quit.
And after the team pulled away in the fourth for a 33-23 win against Dripping Springs, Gamble’s features beamed with pure elation.
“We let them get back and then we were down two; we did whatever it took to get this win,” Gamble said. “I don’t think you understand how good this feels.”
