Lady Stangs winless in Winter Classic start
MARBLE FALLS — The Marble Falls High School girls soccer team started its Winter Classic with losses in pool play Jan. 13.
The Lady Mustangs (0-2) gave up a goal on a penalty kick to Canyon Lake within the first five minutes, which proved to be the difference in the 1-0 loss. A 1-0 deficit against Austin McCallum earlier in the day turned into a 3-0 loss in the final four minutes.
