Lady Dawgs defeat ranked Savio
BURNET — After a loss to Burnet County rival Marble Falls on Dec. 6, the Burnet High School girls basketball team was eager to get back to winning.
Enter Austin St. Dominic Savio Catholic High (10-1), a team ranked No. 8 in the small private schools poll of the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches.
The Lady Dawgs beat Savio 64-47 on Dec. 9.
